Hotel Information:
In addition to registering for the Summit, you will need to make hotel reservations at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Pentagon City, located at 1250 South Hayes St., Arlington, VA. A small block of rooms has been set aside at the AAP group rate of $299 single/double. Hotel reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly at (703) 415-5000 or 800-241-3333 and referencing the AAP group rate.
Rooms must be booked by Friday, September 18, 2009 to ensure the negotiated room rate. Any reservation made after this date is subject to rate change and availability.
