Hotel Reservations

Special conference hotel rates have been arranged at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Pentagon City.  The conference rate is $299 single/double.  Hotel reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly at (703) 415-5000 or 800-241-3333 and referencing the AAP group rate.

Air Travel

Airports - The following airports service the DC area:

Rail

Taxi

A cab ride from Reagan National Airport to the Ritz Carlton Pentagon City is approximately 10 minuttes.  The cost is approximately $12.00.  Taxis are available 24 hours a day at taxi stands in front of the terminals.

 

Parking

The Ritz Carlton Pentagon City has self parking or valet parking available to attendees.

 

Payment

Payment for the full amount must be received before the start of the conference or accompany your registration form.  An email confirmation will be sent to participants.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations of registrations received by Thursday, September 24 qualify for a 50% refund.  No refunds will be provided after this date.

 

Conditions

Preregistration deadline for the conference is Thursday, September 24.  A late registration fee of $25.00 will be charged for registrations postmarked after September 24.
